Welcome to the website of the Supreme Court of New York, Richmond County. The courthouse was opened on November 3, 1919. Today the courthouse is located in three buildings serving almost 500,000 people in Richmond County. 

Three buildings, each with a spectacular view of the lower Manhattan skyline, make up the Richmond Supreme Court. The main building at 18 Richmond Terrace houses the office of the Administrative Judge, Hon. Philip G. Minardo, as well as criminal and some of the civil parts of Supreme Court. The Richmond Surrogate Court is also located at 18 Richmond Terrace. Located at 60 Bay street are the cambers of Justice William Mastro of the Appellate Division 2nd Department. The Supreme Court Law Library and Law Department are located at 25 Hyatt Street. 130 Stuyvesant Place houses 3 additional civil parts and the civil term office.
