The following fees are not a comprehensive list of all fees charged by the City Court and are subject to change. Payment must be made in cash, money order or certified check. The court does not accept personal checks.
Civil Court
Small Claims (for damages of $1,000 or less) $15.00
Small Claims (for damages over $1,000 up to $5,000) $20.00
Commercial Claims

Counterclaims in Small Claims Court - $5.41
Summary Proceedings / Evictions - $45.00
Civil Actions - First Paper - $45.00
Notice of Appeal - $30.00
Information Subpoena Fee - $2.00
Note of Issue - $40.00
Jury demand for civil is $70.00
Jury Demand for Small Claims/Commercial Claims is $70.00, plus you must file an undertaking fee which is $50.00 = $120.00
Trial de Novo for Arbitration is $75.00
