Appellate Division - First Department

The Appellate Division, First Department has CLE Lectures Available on DVD.

The costs of the DVD’s are forty dollars ($40.00) each ($25.00 for members of the Assigned Counsel Plan). Checks or Money Orders are made payable to the Appellate Division, First Department and sent to the Office of Special Projects, Appellate Division, First Department, 41 Madison Avenue, 39th Floor, New York, NY 10010. Once we receive your request, we will mail the DVD along with a copy of the speakers written materials, evaluation and an affirmation.

Please note, before issuing Certificate(s) of Attendance, DVD(s), Evaluation and Attorney Affirmation(s) must be returned.
