The application period to become an attorney for children is currently closed.

The next "Fundamentals" seminar for which applications will be accepted will be held in Rochester on April 14 and 15, 2016. You begin the process by filling out an application that will be posted on this page in January 2016 and returning it to Linda Kostin, Assistant Director, Office of Attorneys for Children, 50 East Avenue, Rochester, NY 14604. The application deadline, the date by which you will be informed whether you have been invited to sit for the training, and other important information, will be posted on this page with the application. If you want the application mailed to you in January, please email your name and address to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any questions, after you have first referred to the FAQ link on this website, should be directed to Jennifer Nealon by telephone at 585-530-3177.
