The "Staten Island Treatment Court Handbook for Felony (or Misdemeanor) Participants" explains the Treatment Court program in detail, which includes:

  • What's in it for you
  • Treatment Court Outline
  • Phases
  • Infractions & Court-Based Sanctions
  • House Rules
  • Graduation
  • SITC Team
  • Your Attendance
  • Incentives
  • Drug Testing
  • Plea Contract
  • Participant Agreement

The SITC Team wants you to succeed, and we will do what we can to help. Remember, we are all here to work with you.

In the rest of this Handbook, you will find information on what you need to do and where you can turn for help. Remember - there are many people who make up the SITC Team, and they all want to see you succeed. If you take the help that is offered, you will discover many ways to make a better life for yourself.
