Admitted to New York State Bar, 1974. U.S. Atomic Energy Commission (legal intern) (1972-1973); State University of New York (assistant counsel) (1974-1977); the General Electric Company (1977-1988; Chief Environmental Counsel, nationwide, 1980-1985); Bond, Schoeneck and King, resident in Albany, New York office (partner in private practice) (1988-1994); Deputy Counsel to Governor George E. Pataki (1995-1997).
