Kosciuszko: Bridge to Liberty for All
Young Lawyers Series: Cocktails & Commentary

Thursday, October 26, 2017 • 6:30 PM

Fraunces Tavern
45 Pearl Street, NYC

Our next YLC event will focus on Tadeusz Kosciuszko — Brigadier General of the Continental Army and Polish freedom fighter — and his efforts to end slavery, as illustrated by his will. There will be a piano concert by Magdalena Baczewska, pianist and harpsichordist, presenting original compositions by Kosciuszko. Join us for a toast with The Kosciuszko Bridge, the newest Williamsburg cocktail that joins spirits of two nations: Polish Bison Grass Vodka and American gin. The event is co-presented by Fraunces Tavern Museum, the Polish Cultural Institute of New York and The Historical Society of the New York Courts.

Registration opens soon, stay tuned!
