Early Neutral Evaluation Programs

The New York County Early Neutral Evaluation Program is a program in Manhattan, mainly for liability and damages matters.  The Neutral Evaluator, an attorney,  meets with parties to try to help them come to an agreement. The Neutral can also offer opinions about the parties’ chances for success in court. By evaluating the cases of each party, the Neutral Evaluator helps parties understand the merits of their cases so that they can decided how to proceed.  The opinion of a neutral third party may help parties generate a settlement.

Parties with questions about any aspect of the Program should call 646-386-3691.
