Judicial Commission on Ethnic-Fairness

On September 29, 2009, the Franklin H. Williams Judicial Commission on Minorities hosted a reception honoring the accomplishments of Justice Fern Fisher. Justice Fisher was appointed Deputy Chief Administrative Judge for the Courts in New York City and also serves as Director of the New York State Courts Access to Justice Program, whose mission is to ensure access to justice in civil and criminal matters for new Yorkers of all incomes, backgrounds and special needs.
