Legal Services for the Poor

FACT:	Four out of every five civil legal needs of New York State’s poor households go unmet.
FACT:	Current funding for civil legal services in New York State is 40% lower than it was in the early 1990's.

OUR GOAL is to achieve permanent stable funding for civil legal services to ensure that qualified lawyers are available to poor litigants.
