2003 Award Recipients

On 11/26/03, Senior Court Clerk Esteban [Steve] Garcia, of the Bronx County Criminal Court, was awarded the Quality Service Award before an audience of approximately 50 guests. Hon. Juanita Bing-Newton, Hon. Eugene Oliver, Mr. William Etheridge III and Mr. William Kalish presented the award. The ceremony can be best represented by Judge Bing-Newtons acknowledgment of Mr. Garcias "respect and professionalism in interacting with his colleagues and the public" Mr. Garcia humbly accepted the award with thanks to many including his family and all the Judicial and non- Judicial Court staff.
