Lori Bove has been an integral part of the Syracuse City Court Team. From day one, she exhibited all the positive characteristics one would expect from a model employee. Her commitment to Quality Service is not an occasional but an everyday practice from the moment she walks in the door and greets you with a smile. It starts with her pleasant disposition and how she works with her peers. She is an excellent communicator.
Although she serves in our H.R. and Financial functions, she is always the first to volunteer when staff in another unit need assistance. She has helped out in our Criminal Data Entry unit, assists new and veteran staff at the counter when they need assistance and always is looking out for the best interest of the public, our court end users. When given additional assignments they are accepted without hesitation. At times, Lori will even come to you looking for additional work; a rare quality in today's work environment.
Lori initially started in the Criminal data entry unit of our court and now serves in our Financial and H.R. areas. She does an excellent job in these areas. She is a great asset to our court and her work ethic is unquestionable. Lori is a pleasure to work with and gets along well with her peers. She has an up-beat personality, is very conscientious about her work, organized, dependable, loyal, accurate, with exceptional organizational skills. She is a very independent worker, self-motivated and always professional in her demeanor.
Lori seems to thrive on the many varied duties she has and is always volunteering to take on additional tasks. She completes a large volume of work each and every day. Lori has also been instrumental in making suggestions for improving our operations. She enjoys the challenge of reviewing a particular protocol and developing ways of improving and streamlining them.
