About the library...
In Delaware County, the Supreme Court Library was created April 7, 1882 (L.1882, Ch. 51) and is presently located on the second floor of the Delaware County Courthouse in Delhi. The Library is staffed and open to the public Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 9:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m., and Thursday, 9:00 to 1:00; it is closed Fridays.
A basic New York and Federal print collection is supplemented by microforms and CD-ROM. A coin-operated copier is available for public use; interlibrary loan service is also provided. The library may be contacted at 607.746.3959 or by fax at 607.746.8198.
