New York judicial decisions on the web are available from the following fee based commercial providers:

A number of authoritative web sites are posting judicial decisions of the New York State courts on the web.  Most of these web sites are free. Links to these web sites are also available elsewhere on the web site of the NYS Supreme Court Library, Queens County.  However, in order to bring links to all of these New York case law web sites together on one page the following annotated list of links is provided to you.

Locally compiled by the law library staff of the NYS Supreme Court, Queens, coverage is archived back to early 1999, contains both civil and criminal term opinions. These opinions are uncorrected and subject to revision in the Official Reports. These opinions are not available for publication in any official or unofficial reports, except the New York Law Journal, without approval of the State Reporter or the Committee on Opinions (22 NYCRR 7300.1)

NYC Mayoral Executive Orders (1980-1990)
Mayoral Executive Orders are authorized by New York City Charter section 8(f) f. Except as otherwise provided in section eleven, the mayor may, by executive order, at any time, create or abolish bureaus, divisions or positions within the executive office of the mayor as he or she may deem necessary to fulfill mayoral duties. The mayor may from time to time by executive order, delegate to or withdraw from any member of said office, specified functions, powers and duties, except the mayor's power to act on local laws or resolutions of the council, to act as a magistrate or to appoint or remove officials. Every such order shall be filed with the city clerk who shall forward them forthwith to the City Record for publication.

The database of trial court decisions, now over 146,000 decisions dating back to 2001, compiled by the Division of Technology of the NYS Office of Court Administration. Coverage is particularly strong for judicial decisions of the courts in Nassau and Suffolk counties.

New York State Law Reporting Bureau Judicial Decisions
The NYS Law Reporting Bureau is the official reporter of New York court decisions. All the judicial decisions of the Court of Appeals and the Appellate Divisions of State Supreme Court. Free access is provided to slip opinions of those courts generally archived for sixty days. Decisions with an official reports citation are linked to Westlaw, access to which requires a paid subscription with West Group. In 2003 the Bureau began posting opinions selected for on-line publication only. Of special note, among on-line decisions are those of the Appellate Term.
