Kathleen D. Krauza joined the New York State Unified Court System on November 3, 1994, as the Deputy Chief Clerk of the Chautauqua County Surrogate's Court. On January 22, 1998, she was promoted to Chief Clerk Chautauqua County Supreme/County Courts. In addition to her duties as Chief Clerk of Supreme/County Courts, Kathy assumed the responsibilities of being Chautauqu County Commissioner of Jurors on January 1, 1999. Kathy is responsible for preparing separate budgets, managing two offices and ensuring that the needs of two full-time Supreme Court Justices and one full-time County Court Judge are met. Kathy's work is exemplary in all aspects and is especially noteworthy in the leadership she provides in promoting quality service to judges, court employees, and others who have contact with the court system.
