• I have served the citizens of New York City as a judge since 1983, as an appointee of Mayor Koch to the Civil and Family Courts prior to appointment by Governor Cuomo to the Supreme Court, culminating in my election to the Supreme Court in 1991. I have presided over hundreds of trials, both civil and criminal and jury and non-jury, involving diverse issues of law. I look forward to continuing to serve the people of this great City and will seek to justify the trust that has been placed in me. I thank you for your support.
