Personal Statement
  • During my almost 23 years working within the New York State court system, I have always conducted myself with dignity and integrity and have always treated those with whom I've come into contact with the utmost respect, whether they be attorneys, litigants, jurors, or court personnel. If I am fortunate enough to be elected as a Justice of the Supreme Court by the people of Kings and Richmond Counties, my pledge is to do everything within my abilities to serve with honor, dignity, independence, impartiality and compassion and to make them proud of the choice they have made.
