• In addition to my duties as Surrogate Judge, I also sit as Acting Supreme Court Justice, carrying a full caseload of matrimonial matters and an 80% caseload of all other Supreme Court matters. I move cases expeditiously while treating litigants and attorneys with courtesy and dignity. As I have moved up the judicial ladder, I have brought my own unique talents and abilities to each court. I have served the people of Orange County to the very best of my ability and have demonstrated the requisite knowledge and temperament to faithfully execute the duties and responsibilities of Supreme Court Justice.
