• My private practice has consisted of litigation in Supreme and County Courts. Areas of specialty include personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, estate practice, real estate law, matrimonial law; and prosecution and defense of felony criminal cases in County Court, including several murder cases, as well as all other felonies, since 1975. Argued appeals before the Appellate Division and the Court of Appeals of the State of New York. Married to Cathy Corsones Gruner in 1969, and reside in Stone Ridge, New York and have three children, Alexandra, a Senior at Cornell University, Max, a Junior at Hobart College and Peter, a Freshman at Bates College.
