William A. Kelly

• I was born in the South Bronx. My Mother raised four children alone because my father died very young. Because of scholarships, I was able to attend college and law school.
  
  I have been a judge for twenty four years and served as an assistant district attorney for thirteen years. I have prosecuted and presided over thousands of felony and civil cases. I have dedicated my professional life to public service. I believe public service is a sacred trust and have conducted myself accordingly, in a manner that would make my mother proud because she made everything in my life possible.
