Personal Statement |
- Over 30 years, I have practiced law, taught judges, lawyers and law students, and published writings frequently cited by courts. I served for two years as law clerk to a Court of Appeals Judge and for three years as Westchester County Attorney. I am familiar with a broad range of legal subjects, am able to learn and develop expertise in new fields, have shared my knowledge with others, and worked cooperatively to resolve complex issues. I seek to devote my knowledge and experience to serve our community as a Supreme Court Justice.
