• After graduating from law school and being admitted to the bar, I returned to my home town, Oneida, where I engaged in a general private practice of law for 25 years. My practice included matrimonial law, criminal law, real estate, estate planning, business law and municipal law. In 2001, I was first appointed and then elected as Madison County Judge and I have served in County Court, Surrogate's Court and Family Court since then. In January of this year, I was appointed Acting Supreme Court Justice. I have been married for 31 years and have two grown children.
