• I look forward to serving as Watertown City Judge. I have taught in the Village and Town Courts training seminars, and numerous decisions accepted for publication by the official reporter (Misc.) and the New York Law Journal. I have tried to above all else be fair to those who use this court - never forgetting I work for them, in many cases, City Court will be the only experience most will have with the Courts so I hope their experience will be such that a favorable impression of our justice system will be made on them.
