Personal Statement |
- Judge Marks is active in many civic, legal and religious organizations. He was Honorably Discharge from USMC. He is a retired NYC Police Officer. Every person who appears before him will be heard. His reputation as both a District and a Family Court Judge, is for integrity, fairness and empathy. He is compassionate when appropriate and tough when necessary. If elected to the Supreme Court he will continue to be guided by these principles. He has earned the respect and admiration of the legal and civic communities.
