• Prior to being elected as Clinton County Surrogate Court Judge, I was a practicing attorney for 21 years concentrating in criminal, matrimonial and real estate law. In 1990, I was appointed Plattsburgh City Court Judge, a position I held until I was elected to my present position in 1996. In addition to serving as Surrogate Judge, I serve as Acting County Court Judge presiding over one-half of Clinton County's criminal cases. I also serve as Acting Supreme Court Justice, presiding over one-half of all matrimonial cases in Clinton Count and 25% of civil non-matrimonial cases.
