Candidate Biography
Personal Statement |
- An Erie County Court Judge since 1987, I am seeking re-election to a third term. I serve on the Capital Cases Resource Committee and as an adjunct professor at SUNY Buffalo Law School. Prior to 1986, I was engaged in the private practice of law for ten years, and have served as Undersheriff of Erie County. I am a member of the County Court Judges Association, the Erie County Bar Association and the St. Thomas More Guild.
Married for 36 years on Election Day (November 7th), I am the father of three adult children and two one year-old grandchildren.
