Personal Statement |
- I have been a Supreme Court Justice for 14 years and have designated to the Appellate Division, Fourth Department since March 2000. I have been involved in the decision of nearly 5000 civil and criminal cases. My previous elected experience includes being twice elected Wayne County District Attorney. As a District Attorney I personally prosecuted over 400 felony cases. I also served as a member of the North Rose-Wolcott Board of Education and on various charitable boards. I am a Veteran with an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army.
