• I serve as law secretary to Acting Supreme Court Justice Jerald Carter. I was US Army legal advisor on the Saddam Hussein prosecution. I have over 18 years of military service, with service as a military attorney in Iraq and Bosnia. I previously served as a court attorney in the Nassau County District Court law department and traffic prosecutor. I am a lifelong resident of Seaford with my wife, Tracy and our three boys. I have been assistant coach for CYO basketball, lacrosse, soccer and the Little League. I am a member of the American Legion and other community organizations.
