Chief Judge's 2024 State of Our Judiciary Address
Hon. Rowan D. Wilson, Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals and the State of New York, presents the annual State of the Judiciary Address at Court of Appeals Hall in Albany, New York. Refreshing the format of this time-honored tradition, the Chief Judge has invited additional speakers to join him in delivering remarks. Governor Kathy Hochul will deliver opening remarks, and the program will feature both court employees and court participants, who will share their personal stories about their work for and experiences with the Unified Court System.
