Vacate Default Judgment in a Consumer Debt Case Program
This free and easy program makes papers that help you tell a judge why you missed your court date or didnít answer a summons and complaint in a consumer debt case. You should only use this program if there is a default judgment against you.

Small Property Owner Nonpayment Petition Program
This free and easy program will ask you questions and make papers for a residential nonpayment petition or written rent demand to start a nonpayment case against your tenant in court. You will also get instructions that tell you what to do next.

Small Property Owner Licensee Holdover Petition Program
This free and easy program will ask you questions and make a residential licensee holdover Notice to Quit or Notice of Petition and Petition that you can print, serve and file. You will also get instructions that tell you what to do next.

Small Property Owner Squatter Holdover Petition Program
This free and easy to use program will ask you questions and make you a residential squatter holdover Notice to Quit or Notice of Petition and Petition, with instructions that tell you how to serve and file the court papers. Use this program when you want to evict people who moved into your property without permission from you or anyone else.

Tenant Vacate Default Judgment Program
This free and easy program will ask you questions and make papers that help you tell a judge why you missed your court date in a landlord-tenant nonpayment or holdover case. When you finish the program, you can print an "Order to Show Cause," and "Affidavit in Support" which you must give to the Court Clerk. The papers ask the judge to let you come back to court to explain why the judgment against you should be vacated.

What does my computer need to use these programs?

  1. You need Adobe Flash Player to use these programs. Download it for free from Adobe.com.
  2. You need Microsoft Word to see the documents properly. If you do not have Microsoft Word, you can download Microsoft Word Viewer for free from Microsoft.com.

    Note: Microsoft WordPad is not the same as Microsoft Word. WordPad will cause problems with your documents.
