The District Court is located at the intersection of Main Street (Montauk Highway) and Waverly Avenue (West Avenue) in the village of Patchogue.
From the Long Island Expressway / Sunrise Highway
Take LIE Exit 64 or Sunrise Highway Exit 53 (Medford Ave, State Route 112). Head south on Route 112 to the end. Make a right onto Main Street (Montauk Highway - County Road 80); the courthouse will be on your left at the third traffic light; make a left to park behind the courthouse.
