Overview

Hon. Dennis J. Morrris is a Multi-Bench Judge of County Court, Family Court and Surrogate's Court in Schuyler County. Family Court first appearances are heard on Tuesdays and fact-finding hearings are held Mondays and Fridays. Judge Argetsinger hears all varieties of Family Court petitions except support matters. Those matters are heard by the Support Magistrate on Wednesdays.
