Bail transactions are accepted by the Niagara County Jail. The Court remains open to accept non-fee filings and emergency payment of fines and feeds utnil 4:30 p.m.
The determination of emergency circumstances for the acceptance of payment of fines and fees is to be made by the supervisor of the court.
The court is closed on all state holidays.
