Franklin H. Williams Judicial Commission to host the 27th Annual Conference of the National Consortium on Racial and Ethnic Fairness in the Courts

On June 10-13, 2015, the Franklin H. Williams Judicial Commission will host the 27th Annual Conference of the National Consortium on Racial and Ethnic Fairness in the Courts at the Hyatt Regency Hotel and Conference Center in Buffalo, New York.  The Conference will feature workshops and plenary sessions discussing  timely issues regarding justice and fairness in the courts and justice system.

The National Consortium on Racial and Ethnic Fairness in the Courts consists of Commissions similar to the Franklin H. Williams Judicial Commission from 37 other states.  The annual conference is an opportunity for the Commissions to convene and discuss the treatment of people of color in the courts and the justice system.

The Chief Judge of the State of New York Jonathan Lippman and the Chief Administrative Judge A. Gail Prudenti will be honored at the closing night Awards Banquet.
