Small Claims Arbitrator Training and Continuing Legal Education


The Association of Arbitrators, Inc. (Small Claims Part) provides 2 free CLE credits to any attorney, admitted to practice before the New York State bar for at least five years*, who completes the training to serve as a Small Claims Court arbitrator. The training is conducted several times a year in every county.

In addition, the Association of Arbitrators, Inc. (Small Claims Part) offers approximately four additional CLE classes throughout each year to its members who are current with their annual $50.00 membership fee. Past topics have included Bailments and License to Park, Consumer Law, Creative Legal Writing, Ethics, Tariffs and the Montreal Convention and Real Estate Law and Practice.
