Tape Requisitions: You will need to obtain the Tape ID Number and Counter Number (if available.) You can get this information from the courtroom where the proceeding was heard. To obtain a copy of the tape, please bring three blank 90-minute audio cassettes (in sealed original packaging) for each courtroom tape you wish to obtain copies of.

Transcription Requests: The court will provide a list of transcription companies from which to choose from. You are responsible for paying the company rates for preparing your transcript. If you cannot afford to pay for the transcript, you can apply for Poor Person relief.
